Ziel des Netzwerks ist es, den Austausch unter Gastronom*innen und Stakeholder*innen der Gastrobranche zu f\u00f6rdern und sie mittels Vernetzungs- und Bildungsangeboten auf dem Weg zu einer zukunftsf\u00e4higen Gastronomie zu st\u00e4rken und zu unterst\u00fctzen.<\/p>\n<p><b>Regionale HUBs<\/b> betreuen Gastronomiebetriebe in unterschiedlichen Regionen der Schweiz, organisieren lokale Anl\u00e4sse und bauen ein Coachingangebot auf.
